Mineral water bottling plant

The Paradiso establishment is an extremely modern mineral water and soft-drinks bottling plant, situated in the heart of Friuli in a village called Paradiso di Pocenia (province of Udine - Italy), designed and built to guarantee the highest quality standards: the bottling of the mineral waters and soft-drinks takes place in a sterile environment and with a complete air filtration system to guarantee total hygiene.

The products, bottles and taps used during the bottling phase are rigorously controlled according to the HACCP laws in force. Furthermore the whole productive process, from the source to the bottling, is constantly monitored by the highly qualified Quality Control Laboratory technicians.

The performs are automatically loaded into blasting machines containing 12 and 16 moulds and transformed into the “bottles with wings” at an incredible rate of 40,000 per hour. The newly-created bottles travel through an aseptic environment to the filling machines and are then closed with a cap printed with the production date for traceability. Each product or commercial brand is then personalized with labels before the packaging and palleting phases.

Therefore, the company is characterised by the capacity to take advantage of all the equipment available from modern technology, in order to maintain unaltered and respect the quality and purity of source water coherent with the company philosophy.
